After 30 years spent at the SAMU (EMS) in Dijon, including 15 years as the head of SAMU-SMUR-Centre 15, Dr. Roy joined the Bourgogne Franche Comté Emergency Network. The hundreds of hours spent in the héliSMUR in Dijon as well as his experience in emergency relief in disaster zones have given him extensive experience in this field.
