Dr. Julien is a general physician in the French Army Medical Corps (Army Health Service), a resuscitation anesthetist, a former Chief Medical Officer of the Paris Fire Brigade, and a member of the APHP (Public Hospitals of Paris). He is a former president of the French Society of Disaster Medicine.
